Plein air in the cemetery

This morning I painted in an alley of Toulouse main  cemetery. This was a special experience, but very pleasant. So peaceful, with an obvious touch of italian landscape. I think I'll go back there soon (to paint...)  the big  columns on the left happened to be the funeral monument of a famous engineer of the 19th century, Aristide Bergès.
